The Dutch Environmental Database contains environmental declarations of construction products used for environmental performance calculations. Is a product missing from the database? You can report this via the form below. Your report is forwarded to the LCA team of Stichting NMD and is used to gain better insight into market needs.
Please indicate which product or product group you are missing, in which sectors or for what type of work the product is used, and whether it concerns a specialist product. This information helps Stichting NMD prioritise data needs.
Does this concern a data gap already known within a priority product category, for example biobased products? Please also see the page Compensation scheme Filling the Gaps.. A separate scheme exists for these categories to support producers in having an environmental declaration prepared.

Your report is forwarded to the LCA team of Stichting NMD. All reports are carefully reviewed and used to gain better insight into market needs.
No, a report provides insight into market need. Inclusion in the NMD can take place in three ways, through . category 1, 2, or 3 environmental declarations. Inclusion takes place from the market, based on a category 1 or 2 environmental declaration that a producer or industry association has prepared through an LCA that complies with the applicable Assessment Method for Environmental Performance of Buildings. If reports show that there is market demand for a product group for which no category 1 or 2 data is yet available, Stichting NMD may decide to have a category 3 environmental declaration prepared. The product group may also be considered for inclusion in the Compensation scheme Filling the Gaps.
