Met de ingang van de Bepalingsmethode 3.0 is het belang van het milieuprestatiebewijs vervallen. De resultaten van de MPG-berekening, gemaakt met een door NMD erkend rekeninstrument, zijn bij de aanvraag van een omgevingsvergunning voldoende.
