Put it in your agenda now! On 11 November, Lente-akkoord is organising Duurzame Installatietop for professionals working on housing construction, real estate, installations and policy.

We are gaining more insight into the real environmental impact of installations. This is increasing the pressure on the real estate sector to arrive at genuinely smarter installation concepts. What is already possible? And what conditions are needed to take the necessary steps towards minimal environmental impact?

During Installatie Top, Lente-akkoord brings together housing associations, investors, developers, municipalities, construction companies, architects, advisors and other interested parties to exchange knowledge and practical experience. Together they explore which choices are already possible now to reduce the material and environmental impact of installations.

Lente-akkoord is currently finalising the programme. Topics you can expect include:

- building with fewer installations and in a more environmentally friendly way;

- the scope within regulations;

- properly processing installations in environmental performance calculations;

- reuse, refurbishing and circular installation chains.

Through practical examples and in-depth sessions, you will gain insight into solutions that are already applicable now, the bottlenecks involved, and the choices you can make within your own projects and organisation. During the plenary discussion, experiences and needs from practice will also be brought together. In this way, solutions are developed jointly that not only work on paper but are also genuinely feasible.
