John Drissen - Project manager/account manager
Our current construction methods have a huge impact on the climate. Fossil and mineral material resources are being depleted, resulting in a scarcity of construction materials and a negative impact on nature, people and environment. I’d like a world in which everything is designed in a recoverable, reusable and regenerative way. I’m John Drissen, architect and civil engineer with 20 years’ experience in designing and project managing Civil and Utilities Construction (C&U) projects and airport facilities. I’m a professional with a heart for sustainability and a passion for architecture and construction. I’ve been working as account manager at NMD since May 2021, where I lead important BIM, DigiGo and Bio-based materials’ projects and work to integrate environmental performance during the design phase. At Stichting National Environmental Database I’d like to contribute to producing concrete results and agreements for circular construction in the Netherlands.
