NMD welcomes new instrument owner Brink Software

On Thursday, December 5, Stichting Nationale Milieudatabase (NMD) celebrated its new partnership with Brink Software, our newest instrument holder. This festive signing moment took place in our new office in the Beatrixkwartier of The Hague.
Brink Software's products contribute to more efficient and sustainable construction, for example by providing insight into life-cycle costs. The addition of environmental data to their systems underlines this commitment and provides builders with the tools to make more sustainable choices. Brink Software also continues to invest in innovation such as integrating new technologies like BIM into their tools.

We are pleased that Brink Software has developed a new calculation tool and, through its validation, is working with us to reduce environmental pressure in the construction and infrastructure sector,” he said. “Like us, they consider sustainable construction very important and have been providing calculation software for over fifty years, giving them a wide reach in the construction and infrastructure sector.
One of Brink Software's best-known products, is Ibis (Integral Building Information Systems), a software package that is widely used for cost estimates, calculations and project management in the construction, installation, infra and real estate sectors, including for major clients such as the municipality of Amsterdam. This validated tool will now be called “Ibis for Environmental Impact.” Brink Software is involved in a wide range of local construction projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale infrastructure works.
