Application for access to the Category 3 Viewer API (Beta)
Stichting Nationale Milieudatabase (NMD) makes the Category 3 Viewer API Beta available to enable parties to consult Category 3 data (generic environmental data) in a simple and uniform manner.
This API is offered free of charge during the beta phase and is intended for informative and supporting applications.
The API contains Category 3 data (including the 30 percent surcharge) and is not suitable for validated milieuprestatieberekeningen or other applications for which formal legal or regulatory requirements apply. For official milieuprestatieberekeningen, the use of a validated calculation tool from a validated instrument holder remains mandatory.

By downloading or using the API, the user declares that they have taken note of and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Category 3 Viewer API Beta, including provisions on usage rights, liability, privacy, source attribution, security and the prevention of misuse. NMD may amend the API, its functionalities or the terms and conditions during the beta period.

The use of the Category 3 Viewer API is subject to specific terms and conditions. These describe, among other things, permitted use, intellectual property rights, liability and the limitations of the beta phase.
