The global environmental impact of construction is a huge challenge, but also provides opportunities.
By using environmental data to reduce the environmental impact of the construction industry, we can contribute significantly to climate and sustainability goals.
This data is complex, but its complexity makes it fascinating.

As a project lead for the NMD, I aim to contribute to the design of an effective system, so that policies actually result in the environmental impact of the construction industry being reduced. Within the NMD I see a dedicated team which genuinely wants to make a difference in the challenging landscape of environmental data in the construction industry.
My degrees in both data science and sustainable urbanism provide a great background for my current work. I really enjoy the challenging nature of my job and hope to use it to contribute to a more sustainable future.
