Structure of session on EPB
The Environmental performance of buildings (EPB) is one of the most important control instruments for circular construction. The central government has set a limit for EPB in the Building Decree and is expected to tighten this soon. Many partners in the City Deal have high circular construction ambitions and aim to use the EPB to achieve these high ambitions. This session aimed to provide more clarity on what exactly is possible with the EPB and provide information on the current EPB priorities within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
